This super quick frozen berry smoothie makes for a delicious breakfast or super health desert
Serves 1
You will need:
* Food Processor
* Parchment Paper
* Baking Sheet
* Spoon
INGREDIENTS:
1 handful of frozen berries of your choice
1 tablespoon of fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of Miracle Matcha Health Mix-In
DIRECTIONS:
Put frozen berries, fresh blueberries and natural yogurt into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Spoon into a glass bowel or jam jar, top with the health mix-in and garnish with blueberries strawberry and fresh mint.
